About us

We, EQC GmbH, are a man­age­ment con­sult­ing firm offer­ing our ser­vices both nation­al­ly and inter­na­tion­al­ly. Our com­pa­ny was found­ed in 2012 in Ingol­stadt. EQC’s founder, Mike Helm­chen, pre­vi­ous­ly held a long-stand­ing lead­er­ship posi­tion at a well-known auto­mo­tive man­u­fac­tur­er based in Ingol­stadt. As a result, we not only bring exten­sive expe­ri­ence, but also a strong net­work of con­tacts – both in Ger­many and abroad. In addi­tion to our core team, we have access to a steadi­ly grow­ing net­work of experts, enabling us to always pro­vide your com­pa­ny with the pre­cise know-how it needs.

Many years of expe­ri­ence in the Volk­swa­gen Group (AUDI AG) as head of depart­ment with­in qual­i­ty assur­ance for series pro­duc­tion parts. Based on the knowl­edge gained, foun­da­tion of a con­sult­ing com­pa­ny (Eco­nom­ic Qual­i­ty Con­sult­ing GmbH) in the field of qual­i­ty man­age­ment with a focus on auto­mo­tive. Spe­cial focus on sup­pli­er man­age­ment and sup­pli­er devel­op­ment, inter­im man­age­ment and audit­ing of com­pa­ny process­es. Expert in the opti­mi­sa­tion of pro­duc­tion process­es and ener­gy-effi­cient work­ing meth­ods, includ­ing addi­tion­al qual­i­fi­ca­tion as a data scientist.

Langjährige Erfahrung im Volk­swa­genkonz­ern (AUDI AG) als Abteilungsleit­er inner­halb Qual­itätssicherung Serienkaufteile. Auf­bauend auf den gewon­nen Ken­nt­nis­sen Gründung eines Beratung­sun­ternehmens (Eco­nom­ic Qual­i­ty Con­sult­ing GmbH) im Bere­ich des Qual­itäts­man­age­ments mit Schw­er­punk Auto­mo­tive. Hier­bei mitbeson­derem Fokus auf Liefer­an­ten­man­age­ment und Liefer­an­te­nen­twick­lung, Inter­im Man­age­ment, sowie Audi­tierung von Unternehmen­sprozessen. Experte für die Opti­mierung von Fer­ti­gungsabläufen und energieef­fiziente Arbeitsweisen unter anderem durch Zusatzqual­i­fika­tion zum Data Scientist.
