About us

EQC GmbH is a man­age­ment con­sul­tan­cy that offers its ser­vices nation­al­ly and inter­na­tion­al­ly. Our com­pa­ny was found­ed in 2012 in Ingolstadt/Germany. The founder, Mike Helm­chen, had pre­vi­ous­ly worked for many years in a lead­ing posi­tion at a car man­u­fac­tur­er in Ingolstadt.
In addi­tion to the know-how, EQC has a large net­work of con­tacts, both at home and abroad. Beside our per­ma­nent staff we have access to a con­stant­ly grow­ing team of experts, so that we can always offer the right know-how for your company.

Many years of expe­ri­ence in the Volk­swa­gen Group (AUDI AG) as head of depart­ment with­in qual­i­ty assur­ance for series pro­duc­tion parts. Based on the knowl­edge gained, foun­da­tion of a con­sult­ing com­pa­ny (Eco­nom­ic Qual­i­ty Con­sult­ing GmbH) in the field of qual­i­ty man­age­ment with a focus on auto­mo­tive. Spe­cial focus on sup­pli­er man­age­ment and sup­pli­er devel­op­ment, inter­im man­age­ment and audit­ing of com­pa­ny process­es. Expert in the opti­mi­sa­tion of pro­duc­tion process­es and ener­gy-effi­cient work­ing meth­ods, includ­ing addi­tion­al qual­i­fi­ca­tion as a data scientist.
